All sales go out USPS Priority Mail with tracking number. Local sales (Puerto Rico) go out on regular mail since it will always arrive within 2 days. International sales will always go out through USPS Mail services which eventually connects with the mail service for the respective country.
- Return Policy
No returns accepted unless the item is damaged and the buyer proves the damages with pictures. If the damages come from the shipping services (USPS) the buyer can claim the damages directly to them. If the buyer shows and proves the defect product has nothing to do with the shipping, upon inspection, we will issue a refund or sent a new item prior receiving the damaged one. The buyer will assume the shipping & handling responsibilities of returning the damaged product.
